Compression Molding Press

SZCIII Compression Molding Press is heavy‑duty hydraulic forming equipment dedicated for composite material compression molding. Available in vertical, four‑column, hot‑press, cold‑press and hot‑&‑cold integrated configurations.

It delivers stable high clamping force, precise platen temperature control and fully‑automated workflow for SMC, BMC, carbon‑fiber prepreg and various thermoset composite materials.

With customizable tonnage, platen dimension, stroke and heating‑cooling modules, this press meets lab pilot, small‑batch and large‑volume mass‑production demands for composite component manufacturing.

Role of Molding Press Introduction in Carbon Fiber Production

SZCIII compression molding press transfers controlled heat and high hydraulic pressure onto composite raw materials inside molds to complete curing and shaping in one cycle.

Our product portfolio covers cold compression presses, single hot presses, and hot‑cold auto hydraulic presses. The whole machine frame adopts FEA finite‑element optimized structure for long‑term anti‑deformation performance. Equipped with PLC + touch‑screen control system, users can store multiple molding recipes, set pressure‑holding time, heating / cooling curves, and realize repeatable molding cycles.

It can be supplied as standalone equipment or integrated into full composite production lines under our EPC+M project scope.
