Composite Curing Oven
SZCIII ZT-160115 computer-style precision curing oven is a multi-chamber independent thermal processing system built for composite material curing and heat treatment. With four separated oven cavities, every layer supports standalone temperature setting, timing and production monitoring.
The integrated touchscreen control platform enables recipe management, real-time temperature tracking, running log recording and barcode scanning traceability. It delivers stable, repeatable thermal cycles for small-batch, multi-variant composite production, ideal for factories that need to run different curing processes at the same time.
Precision Curing Oven
Role of Curing Oven Introduction in Composite materials Production
Our multi-layer precision curing oven adopts an independent compartment design, breaking the limitation of single-chamber batch processing. Each layer works as an individual oven unit with separate heating, temperature sensing and timing modules.
Operators log in via work ID, bind product IDs by scanning barcodes, monitor real-time running status, alarm signals and remaining time on the HMI monitor. The system supports curve recording, historical data query and debugging parameter adjustment.
Compared with traditional single cavity ovens, this design avoids cross-interference between different products, improves equipment utilization and reduces waiting time for mixed-specification composite orders.
Curing Oven Features
- 4 independent sealed chambers, separate temperature & timing control for each layer
- Central HMI touchscreen with Monitor / Debugging / Graph curve viewing tabs
- Work login, product ID binding and barcode scanning traceability function
- Real-time display of running temperature, set temperature, remaining time & alarm status
- Automatic over-time and over-temperature alarm protection
- Complete running log storage, curing curve recording and export
- Modular heating structure, stable air circulation inside each cavity
- Three-color warning light for visible on-site status indication
- PLC automatic control system, easy parameter tuning on debugging page
Curing Oven Advantages
- High space efficiency: Compact stacked structure saves workshop floor space.
- Lower risk of loss: One chamber abnormal will not affect other running batches.
- User-friendly operation: Clear UI, simple login, one-click recipe calling for operators.
- Visual monitoring: Real-time temperature data and curing curves help process validation.
- High space efficiency: Compact stacked structure saves workshop floor space.
- Flexible small batch production: Perfect for trial samples, pilot runs and multi-variant orders.
- Full production traceability: Barcode + product ID logging supports batch quality tracking.
- Independent multi-cavity operation: Run different recipes for different products simultaneously without temperature crosstalk.
